Write a brief explanation of your decision and state WHY you did/did not support the hiring of each individual applicant. You are NOT choosing one applicant over the other. Make separate decisions about each one. You may cite personal values, community values, legal issues, ethical issues, or lack of fit for the school. REMEMBER – each applicant proved MERIT. Then answer question 3 and include a justification for your responses relative to weighting merit and worth when making an ethical/legal decision when hiring.
