Besides, the plan is critical because it details everything that needs to be done, the efforts needed, the personnel, and the financial resources that are needed to make it a success. Further, the plan shows what the ministry stands for and what it seeks to achieve. This makes it possible for believers and faithful people to understand where their leaders are taking them. Further, even when there is a change of leadership, those incoming will understand the ministry standards and the values it is anchored on, and they will understand the vision of the founders through the plan.

Understanding the Need for This Specific Ministry

The world is struggling with several teachers who are not telling the truth. People are deceptive and only use the Bible for selfish gains; thus, the world needs this ministry to correct that vice and teach people the Biblical truth as envisioned by God. It is no longer a fallacy that false teachers exist. They are too many, and they are never ashamed of the wrongs they are committing by misleading God’s people. The book of Matthew 7:15 warns people that false prophets with hidden intentions exist, but they come forth as good people who are keen to help, but that is never the truth. Moreover, the world needs a ministry founded on scripture because it will be authentic and will not mislead people, which is what Fold Family Ministry stands for.

Plan for Communicating the Vision for the Ministry

The vision will be shared with individuals and groups using different platforms. First, the vision will be published on the ministry website. Besides, the vision of the ministry will be part of the videos that will be recorded to share and teach people what the ministry is looking forward to realizing. Additionally, the vision will be communicated to congregants at every service so that they can understand what Fold Family Ministry is pursuing. All leaders will also be trained and empowered, and one of the roles they will be doing is to tell people, whenever they have the opportunity, the ministry’s vision, mission, and values during face-to-face interactions.

Invitation for Participating in the Ministry Launch

The assistants to be invited to participate will come from various quarters, but the church’s voluntary church members will be part of it. Besides, the ministry will liaise with a reputable event organizer to help secure assistants who will help in every logistical detail during the launch. The ministry will pay them a stipend to encourage them to continue doing a good job. It is not easy to get assistants in the United States, but the event will happen on a Sunday when many people are free and at least it is easy to reach people who can serve as assistants during the Fold Family Ministry launch.

The following are three possible objections that the Fold Family ministry is likely to face: allegations of corruption, being money-oriented/business and ignoring people with low incomes. Nowadays, society accuses the church of only collecting and misappropriating money or the money collected is only meant for personal use by church leaders. However, I will dispel these objections because the ministry has clear objectives. The offerings that the church collects are meant for paying bills such as electricity, fueling vehicles, and meeting the needs of the poor. Also, the church is not money-oriented, and it is not a business. If we wanted to start a business, we would do authentic business in manufacturing, retail, service, etc. Finally, some churches have no space for the poor, but Fold Family ministry has a clear vision: to provide food and shelter for those in need until they stabilize. It does not neglect people with low incomes.

The need to create this ministry arose when we saw several gaps in the teachings and actions of many churches that have been witnessed for many years. Also, there are a lot of people suffering because of issues like sickness, job loss, and drugs, but there is no one to help them. 

Ministry Summary 

The ministry will be led by an overseer who oversees every operation. Then, different pastors will double as leaders in different departments. The ministry will have a board of management that works hand in hand with overseers and pastors when making different decisions. The ministry’s main goals will be preaching the actual word, charity, and community empowerment.

A board will head the ministry. The oversee who will be running the church’s daily operations will be part of the board. The church will have department leaders and representatives from men, women, and the youth.

Defining the Problem

Lack of faith defense approach that combines theology and apologetics to empower its members. This is one of the reasons that the development plan has been created to find solutions for that.

We have a robust plan that guides the doctrine of the ministry with three pillars: preaching the true gospel, engaging in charity, and supporting the community.
