“Exploring the Intersection of Employee Engagement, Performance Management, and Gender Dynamics in the Modern Workplace: A Literature Review and Research Methodology”

Ideally I need someone who is relevant to or has studied HR.
The title of the thesis is Employee engagement and performance management: factors and gender dynamics in a contemporary workplace.
I want the literature review to be written (about 4,000 words) exclusively with recent studies (max 10 years). The objectives and essentially the sections into which it will be divided are:
As a first objective, it is important to analyze policies and strategies that can increase employee engagement and identify issues that may moderate it. In addition, the second objective concerns performance management in a company and how these dimensions can affect employee commitment to the organization. As a third objective, it is important to clarify how gender dynamics affect employee performance, particularly for women, and more specifically to consider factors such as discrimination against women that can affect employee engagement and performance ( definitely use the glass ceiling effect). A fourth objective is to examine how the implementation of ‘Diversity and Inclusion’ in a modern organization can increase employee engagement and performance as well as maximize gender equality.
In addition, I want the research methodology / research design to be written based on the checklists that I have distributed in my work and add bibliography (research strategy/ participants/ methods) 3,000 words
