“In recent times, the HR department in an organisation you have worked for, working with or that could be searched for through literature or intend to work for has been in the news for their poor attempt to add value to the organisation`s success; they have been found wanting of not hiring the right people and providing training to staffs to adapt to changing times. Societal changes, technology trends and globalisation effects have been identified as broad factors the HR department could not deal with effectively.”
