Write a 2,500-word report for your chosen MNC that responds to the following:
1) Identify the foundational concepts in strategic management and the different approaches to strategy applied by your chosen company. Evaluate how the chosen strategy impacts the company’s decisions and activities. (1000 words)
2) Apply the different tools of strategic analysis. Analyse the external, internal factors and competitive environment of your chosen MNC and how your chosen company has responded to them. (1000 words).
3) Describe the strategic position of firms within the chosen industry of your particular organisation industry (300 words)
4) Explain how your chosen company can utilise data and information to create effective strategic options (200 words).
