This is what he wrote about my paper please someone help

The organizational chart clearly defines the key leadership and level of responsibility. Thoroughly explained the role details including the relationships with other areas of the organization.

The section on Porter’s model needed substantially more detail – probably 3-4 sentences on each of the five forces. I also could not find anything about the threat of substitutes, as it is defined in the model. Please review the relevant section of Chapter 8 (I believe it starts on page 224) and then use that model to analyze your organization.

The threat of substitutes is tricky. It’s not about other companies providing a similar product or service, but rather about an other company providing the same value in a different way. Think about how we consume music, for example. Before radio, the only way to hear music was live and in person. Radio was a substitute for in-person concerts. Then records came along, followed by cassette tapes, CDs, mp3 players, and now streaming. Each step in that chain was a substitute for the earlier steps.

Partially analyzed the effectiveness of the current leadership model and styles the organization is using. To score Mastery, provide more information about the five sources of power and about how to determine effective leadership. Chapter 14 will be helpful. I’ve attached the slides from that chapter.

The leadership model recommendation was limited. Add more information about how transformational leadership works (see Chapter 14).

Recommendations to further align operational needs with business strategies were adequate.

The readability of this submission could have been enhanced. Consider using a tool such as Grammarly.com to fine-tune your submissions. I’ve attached a Grammarly report on your submission to highlight some of the opportunities. Strong and clear writing will enhance your credibility as a manager and leader.

To fully integrate supporting evidence, remember to include citations in the text, in addition to your references page. You provided an interesting list of references, but without citations, it is unclear how and where you drew on the information in each of the references.

    ORGANIZATION STRUCTURE

    Organization structure

    Introduction

An organizational structure is a system that shows or showcases how particular activities are

directed by the company, for the company to achieve its goals. These activities can include laws,

responsibilities, and roles. (Bertacchini, et al. 2018) The importance of the organizational structure

is to determine how information flows between various levels in the organization. For this

assignment, I am going to create the organizational structure that I will like my organization to use.

Which is a hierarchical structure because my organization is large. Explanation of the

organizational chart, analysis of the organization chart based on Porter five forces, analysis of the

current contingency leadership model, leadership model recommendation, other identified actions

recommendation, and finally the information literacy.

    3

    ORGANIZATION STRUCTURE

    Organization chart

The organizational structure I will recommend for my organization to use is hierarchical.

Hierarchical organization structure is an organization construction where each unit in the

organization, excluding one is subordinate to a sole other units. In a business, the hierarchy

commonly comprises of particular power at the top with the following stages of power below

    Board of directors

    CEO

    Financial accounting

    Project manager

    HR manager Purchasing manager

    Marketing director

    Logistics manager

    Accountant

    Cashier

    Section chief

    Documenter

    Assistant HR manager

    Materials

    Necessities

    Marketing

    Sales

    Purchase manager

    Manager

    Security manager

    Driver

    4

    ORGANIZATION STRUCTURE

them. (Harris, et al. 2019) This organizational structure is important because it will assist the

employees to comprehend numerous stages of leadership. This is since administration roles are

extra plainly described in this class of pyramid assembly. In having numerous levels of control,

    processes run extra efficiently.

In my organization structure; my organization is headed by the board of directors, the main

responsibility of the board of directors is to strategy and manage goals and goals for the short and

long term good for the business and put devices in place to watch the development the aims. In this

respect, the board of directors must appraisal, comprehend and deliberate the business goals. Under

them is the C.E.O, the main role of the CEO is to manage the company’s overall operations. They

are capable of delegating and directing agendas, driving profitability, and managing company

organizational structure, strategy and communicating with the board.

My organization is a construction firm, under the C.E.O, several line managers manage

various departments in the institution. These managers include; accounting manager, the main role

of the accounting manager is to oversee the financial information of the organization with the help

of accountants and cashiers. Project manager, the main role of the project manager is to plan,

organizing and direct the completion of particular projects for the organization while ensuring

these projects are on time, on budget, and within scope. Human resource manager, the main work

of the human resource manager is to lead and guide the routine purposes of the human resource

department that include hiring and interrogating staff, managing pay, benefits, and leaving and

applying business policies and does. Purchasing manager, the main role of a purchasing manager

is to lead the team that is accountable for obtaining goods and services for resale or the business

use. (Naciti, 2019) Marketing Manager, the main role of the marketing manager ids promotion and

placing of a brand or the products and services that a business sells and finally on logistics

    5

    ORGANIZATION STRUCTURE

manager, the main work of the logistics manager is to strategy, organize and observe logistics

processes such as warehousing, inventory, and conveyance and supply chain procedures.

In this organizational structure, the role of each line manager is closely related to the roles of

another line manager since they must work hand in hand to make sure that they deliver. For

instance, the financial manager should work with the purchasing manager to make sure that they

purchase the right resources for the company to use.

Analyze of the company based on porters five model

The Porter Five Forces ideal is an outline for measuring a business’s competitive setting. A

business’s profitability is prejudiced by the quantity and power of its competitive competitors,

possible new market competitors, providers, consumers, and replacement products. On the factor

of the potential of new entrants, our company is faced with a competitive challenge of new firms

entering the industry. On the power of the supplier, our firm has a competitive advantage since we

have efficient suppliers. On the factor of threat of substitutes, our firm is facing the threat of

substitutes because of the new entrants of firms, on the competition in the industry, my company

has a competitive advantage since it holds the biggest market share and finally on the power of

customers, my company values the power of customer that’s why my company has a great

    customer experience.

    Current Leadership in my organization

The effectiveness of the leadership model that my organization is currently using is not

effective, this is because of lack of organizational changes and slow process in decision making.

The current leadership styles that are in place are; coaching and laissez-faire. In the coaching

leadership style, this is a leadership ship style that requires developing talent. This style or the

    6

    ORGANIZATION STRUCTURE

leader who uses this style seeks to unlock people’s potential. (Lee, et al. 2019) While laissez-faire,

is the opposite of autocratic, this kind of leadership requires the least amount of oversight.

The effectiveness of these leadership styles is not impactful since these leadership styles, for

instance, laissez-faire provide less supervision. Employees are left to work on their own and on

coaching leadership, the leader spent most of the time developing the hidden talent of the workers

which can be time-consuming. I think the alternative leadership styles such as democratic

leadership will be impactful since it allows the leader to work with his subordinates which

    promotes teamwork in the organization.

    How to determine effective leadership

On how to determine effective leadership in the company, the organization must be able to

progress, foster growth and values, through the company profitability, evaluation of the company

strategic objectives, and examining the customer experience. Operative leaders comprehend what

is vital, convey what is significant, and exhibit desirable attitudes and behaviors. Unsuccessful

leaders are either uncertain about what matters or reluctant to rule out certain potentials.

Unsuccessful leaders are awful at articulating what is significant.

Sources of managerial power when leaders are effective

Managers and leaders service five usually recognized bases of power to impact their

assistants, and not all of these bases need a high rank to be operative. Power and influence are

derived from five sources: prize power, coercive authority, valid power, expert power, and referent

    power.

    Recommendations

    7

    ORGANIZATION STRUCTURE

    a) The leadership model changes that are not reflected in the current organization part 1 that

I will recommend is the transformational management style. This is because

transformational leaders motivate their staff through operative message and teamwork and

thus starting the path to achievement.

    b) 1) uphold a solid link between the organization’s task and its working resources

    2) fine-tune departmental objectives and goals, as well as classify execution holes

    3) Handle any problems that may arise in terms of internal efficiencies and efficiency.

Post answers to the two questions below.
Hobbes wrote, “The law is more easily understood by few than many words. For all words are subject to ambiguity, and therefore multiplication of words in the body of the law is multiplication of ambiguity. Besides, it seems to imply (by too much diligence) that whosoever can evade the words is without the compass of the law.” Do you think he had it right? In your answer, discuss whether you believe legislation be drafted as precisely as possible, or should it set forth general principles, leaving agencies and judges to define the contours?
Discuss an issue of legal ambiguity you have faced either personally or professionally. How did you deal with the situation? If you were able to resolve it, how did you do it?

Instructions: Choose two of the following prompts and write an essay on each.
    Ea

Instructions: Choose two of the following prompts and write an essay on each.
Each essay should be a minimum of 750 words and a maximum of 1000 words. For all
questions, be sure to use specific examples from the textbook and course notes.
NOTE: You may not focus on the same religious tradition in both questions. In other words,
if you choose to compare Christianity and Islam in question 1, then you should not write
about either Christianity or Islam in your second response.
    Questions
    1. Many religions have sacred texts that eventually get organized into a canon. Why is the
process of canonization so important to understand? Choose any two of the religious
traditions that we looked at in the course and compare and contrast their canonization
    processes.
    2. Many New Religious Movements are derived from existing traditions. What themes
unite the new religious movements rooted in Eastern traditions? How do these
concerns compare with the central themes expressed in the new religious movements
    based in the Abrahamic tradition?
    3. Throughout the course, we’ve talked about the difficulties in establishing definitions
    and categories. Explain some of these challenges when talking about “religion” broadly;
why is there no universally agreed-upon definition for religion and how can this be
mitigated? Then, think the terms “new religion,” “sect,” and “cult.” Why is it sometimes
difficult to distinguish between these three terms? Provide one example of each and
explain why you’ve classified it that way.
    4. The different understandings of a possible life after death reflect the cultural values and
historical circumstances out of which they arose. Compare and contrast different
understandings of the afterlife in any two of religious traditions that we examined in
the course in the light of their respective cultural and historical circumstances.
    5. Choose either Judaism, Christianity, Islam, or Indigenous Traditions and discuss the role
of women in this tradition. How has the role and place of women in your chosen
tradition/culture changed over time? What issues regarding gender and sexuality are
currently being considered within the community? Be sure to consider how gender
appears in the sacred texts/stories and whether/how women appear in leadership
    roles.
    6. All religious traditions change over time. Choose either Judaism, Christianity, Islam, or
Indigenous Traditions and compare the ancient practices to modern ones. How are the
ancient and modern practices related? What historical developments are important for
analyzing the transition between the ancient and modern periods in your chosen
    tradition?
You must use evidence from your texts—both primary and secondary—to answer each
question. You need to refer to your sources using citations at least three times per
question. If you do not, you will receive a failing grade.
    – You must cite all your evidence, whether you are directly quoting your sources or just
paraphrasing. Failure to do so will be considered plagiarism and will result in a failing
grade. You must tell me where you are getting your information. This is important,
because it will prove to me that you have really gone back to your sources and read
    carefully and understood.
    – For citations, you may use parenthetical citations at the end of the sentence, or
footnotes (whichever you prefer). For in-text citations, follow these examples:
    – Textbook:
 Fletcher notes that “there are more than 25,000 distinct denominational
groups in Christianity toady” (“Christian Traditions,” 162).
 The first Muslim community was Medina (Hussain, “Muslim Traditions,”
    250).
    – PowerPoint/Lecture:
 The term “cult” typically refers to a small group under the control of a
charismatic leader who is suspected of brainwashing followers and
promoting self-destructive, illegal, or immoral behavior (Barkman,
    Lecture PowerPoint, June 10, 2024).
    – Each essay should be properly structured, with an introduction,
conclusion, and logical body paragraphs. Your introduction should include a clear,
concise thesis statement. Your thesis statement must state your claim or point of
view as well as provide an outline of the evidence you will use to back up this
    claim.

This quote log will also help you to clarify and articulate the connection between the quote, your selected social issue, and your perspective on the issue.
Moreover, this quote log will help you to effectively incorporate textual evidence in your case study project.
Step 1: Initial Submission (earn up to 85% of the possible points for the assignment)
Your initial submission should include all of the following components:
    Content
Review the course readings related to your selected social issue, select 4-6 key quotes from the reading selections, and complete the following for each:
Give the bibliographic information for the reading selection source in APA format. This can be copied and pasted from the class week where the reading is introduced.

    Language Choices
As a writer, you are free to decide how you use language, keeping the following in mind:
style: your language choices should result in a consistent writing style that is purposeful and aligned with your goals
readability: your language choices should ensure that your ideas are clear and easy to follow
When composing your paper, think about the conventions for academic writing, including:
punctuation: this includes things such as recommended use of commas, colons, and apostrophes.
word-level accuracy: this includes things such as capitalization, spelling, word-tense, and usage.
sentence-level accuracy: this includes things such as sentence boundaries, subject-verb agreement, and pronoun-antecedent agreement.
Take time to review your language choices after you’ve written your essay. Think about your goals for the style of this essay and your own writing habits (like using “text-speak,” omitting capitalization, or writing sentence fragments). Revise as necessary to accomplish your style and readability goals.
Reading your paper aloud is helpful technique when reviewing your language choices for style and readability.
    Sources and Documentation
You are required to use three sources for this assignment. Your sources should be selected from the assigned course readings on your selected issue (language and power; freedom and security; health and wealth).
For each source, you should include APA-style reference citations and in-text citations
    Format and Length
At the top of the page, include your name, the assignment name, and a title that reflects your chosen social issue. (See example below.)
Your quote log should be typed, double-spaced and in 12-point font.
Your final product should include log entries for 4-6 quotes. Each entry should be about 150 words in length, for a total of 600-900 words.

    Social Issue: Education and Empowerment
    Topic:
    Education and Empowerment
    Thesis:
Contrary to popular opinion, education does not always lead to empowerment.
    Reasons:
    (1) Everyone does not have access to a quality education.
    (2) Even with a quality education, lucrative employment opportunities are not guaranteed.
    (3) Educated individuals may still face discrimination and other inequities that limit opportunities for success.
    Entry #1

Anyon, J. (2016). Social class and the hidden curriculum of work. In G. Columbo (Ed.), Rereading America: Cultural contexts for critical thinking and writing (10th ed.) (pp. 136-153). Bedford St. Martin’s.
    Quote:
“Basil Bernstein, Pierre Bourdieu, and Michael W. Apple, focusing on school knowledge, have argued that knowledge and skills leading to social power and regard (medical, legal, managerial) are made available to the advantaged social groups but are withheld from the working classes, to whom a more ‘practical curriculum’ is offered (manual skills, clerical knowledge) ” (Anyon, 2016, p. 137).
    Paraphrase:
Several researchers have pointed out that schools provide upper class students with the knowledge and skills needed for prestigious occupations. Such knowledge and skills are not given to students in the working class. Working class students are only provided with knowledge and skills for manual and clerical jobs (Anyon, 2016).
Explanation of quote selection and connection:
I selected this quote because it illustrates the difference in the quality of education students from various social class backgrounds receive. In order to get a high quality education that leads to well-paying jobs, you have to be a student from an upper class family. Without access to a quality education, it is impossible to have opportunities for success. Education will only empower those students who are lucky enough to receive a quality education.
