Review the 10 profiles of potential consultants presented in this week’s media resource. Using the team effectiveness model, select five consultants to be members of a high-performance consultant team. Be sure to consider the consultants’ prior experience and expertise in working with organizations to address the negative behaviors of resistance, absenteeism, decreased motivation, and growing fear and hostility. Explain why you selected the members that you did.

Part 2: Recommendations

As the leader of this high-performance consultant team, reflect on the strengths and backgrounds of each team member you selected. With this in mind, develop 2–3 specific recommendations to address each of the challenges—resistance, absenteeism, decreased motivation, and growing fear and hostility towards the new company’s international counterpart employees. Prepare a memo to the CEO that includes your recommendations for addressing each challenge and your rationale for why the recommendations would be effective. Support your recommendations with peer-reviewed journal articles and other scholarly sources.
