Week 2: ECOS Scenario – Instructions

 Course Level Learning Objectives:

Background: You will create a personalized healthcare ecosystem and act as a project manager for ECOS Health System. All assignments and activities will apply to your personalized healthcare scenario, as defined in the Ecosystem Blueprint: Initial Kick Off Template.

Blueprint Ecosystem Template and Status Report: This blueprint is the foundation for designing all the layers your ecosystem and connecting it to the primary project that you will oversee. Your ecosystem design will evolve during the class, but your persoanalized healthcare scenario selections will remain the same throughout the course. Additionally, you will prepare your first project status report. Consider reviewing the “how to” guide for additional guidance.
