“The Efficacy of Magnesium Sulfate for Neuroprotection in Preterm Infants: An Evidence-Based Review” Introduction: Preterm birth, defined as delivery before 37 weeks of gestation, is a major public health concern,

The assignment is to identify a healthcare problem and to develop an evidence based question and to review articles to find answers to the question. Attached are articles I found on magnesium sulfate and its use for neuroprotection and to reduce the risk of cerebral palsy in preterm infants. Attached is the template to be used for the completion of the paper and I filled out a small portion of it including citing the articles. I’ve also attached the requirements and rubric for the paper. The nonresearch article does not outright say what type of level of evidence it is but I believe it’s Level V and a literature review but please correct me if I am wrong. I will also attach the appraisal tools to help determine this. I greatly appreciate your time to do this and feel free to reach out with any questions!
