Your Task
In this assessment, you will: evaluate graphical displays of data; construct graphical displays of data using R software; and calculate summary statistics using R software. The first part is a Group Exercise (w 5) and the second part is an Individual Report & code (w 6).
Group Exercise
You will be given a Power point file containing six graphical displays of data, and an Excel file containingthedataforthreeofthegraphs.Critiquethesixgraphsandproducebetter graphs for the three for which you have the data, using R software. Prepare a Power point presentation – all members of the group to speak. Upload the Power point file to My KBS.
Individual Report
You will be given three data sets: univariate categorical; univariate numerical; multivariate. For each data set present appropriate summary statistics and one graphic, drawn using R software, together with a caption in a Word document. Upload the Word document and a file containing the R code to My KBS.
This assessment aims to achieve the following subject learning out comes:

Assessment instructions for this assessment:
- Group Exercise: one member of each group submit the Power point slide deck at the end of the preparation time during the Week 5 class.
- Case Study Report: Prep area short,written, report with the summary statistics and graphs.Use appropriate headings, provide figure numbers with helpful captions for your graphs, and refer to the figure in the text.
You must submit your report in a Word document.
- R Code: Include the complete R code you used to perform the analysis. Ensure that the code is well-documented with comments.
You must submit your R code in. r for mate x tension. Any other formats will not be accepted.
- Please refer to the assessment marking guide to assist you in completing all the assessment criteria.
